Tiger brought Zebra to the Circus
Ringmaster was pleased
Amongst the room full of Elephants
Zebra met Butterfly

Tiger and Ringmaster
Showed Zebra around the Circus
Zebra listened
Zebra followed Circus rules

Butterfly watched
As Zebra learned
Fluttering closer and closer
Wondering if Zebra noticed

Zebra noticed Butterfly
He had been admiring her
From a far, but couldn't resist
She was captivated by his charm and stripes

Their closeness had not gone unnoticed
Ringmaster and almost all
Circus players had seen
Change between-Zebra and Butterfly

Over time both left
The Circus-moved on
Tiger and Ringmaster
Knew why

Zebra lived with Tiger
Butterfly visited often
They went out to play
She didn't want to leave

Zebra invited her in
Butterfly stayed
She asked him not to leave
He promised he never would
